Animal Emergency Center's dedicated professional staff welcomes you 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. We routinely consult with your veterinarian on critical case transfers and follow up after your pet's discharge with a complete faxed referral letter and a personal phone call from our veterinarian to yours to discuss the case. Our dedication to the health of your pet continues when it goes home. AEC provides detailed discharge instructions explaining diet, medication and recheck advise.
Our caring staff also places a phone call to you several days later for a progress report and to answer any questions that you may have.
